1. Privacy Principles

This service is built on a principle of 'privacy by design — minimal data retention' to protect user privacy. We do not collect or store on our servers any information that can directly identify users, such as names or contact details.

2. Data Processed and Purpose

The service does not require account registration and does not collect your name, email address or phone number as account information. Minimal technical information such as IP address and device information may be processed temporarily for connectivity, security and abuse prevention. Secure-chat content is not stored as chat history.

• Advertising Identifiers (AdMob, mobile only): On mobile devices (Android · iOS), the device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) may be used for the purpose of serving ads via Google AdMob. This data is not collected or stored directly by this service and is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Google AdMob is not applied in Windows · macOS desktop environments. Legal basis for processing: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
• When clicking in-house banner ads: If you click an in-house banner ad displayed on the app's initial loading screen or within the service and are redirected to an external site, that external site may collect your connection information (IP address, browser information, etc.). This is processed under the privacy policy of the respective external site, not this service, and this service has no involvement in such processing.

3. Security

All communication within the service is protected via TLS (HTTPS).

4. Advertising Services

This service provides two types of advertising.

• ① In-house Banner Ads (mobile and desktop): Banner ads operated directly by the service provider, displayed on the app's initial loading screen (approximately 5 seconds) and in designated areas within the service. No personal information is collected from the banner display itself. However, if you click a banner and visit an external site, that site may collect connection information in accordance with its own policy.
• ② Google AdMob Ads (mobile only): Applies only to Android · iOS mobile devices. This service does not directly collect or store user data for advertising purposes. All advertising-related data processing is governed entirely by Google's policy. Users may opt out of personalized ads using the methods below.

• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

5. Third-Party Sharing and No Sale of Personal Data

The service does not sell personal information. Minimal technical information needed to deliver and protect the service may be processed through infrastructure providers, while advertising-related data may be processed under the policies of providers such as Google AdMob.

6. External Link Disclaimer

All data collection (connection information, order forms, payments, account registration, etc.) that occurs on external sites reached by clicking in-house banner ads or third-party ads (including AdMob) is the sole responsibility of those external sites. This service has no involvement in the data processing of external sites. Users are strongly advised to review the privacy policy of any external site before proceeding.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Secure-chat history is not retained by the service. Minimal technical or security information generated for reliability, security or abuse prevention is processed only as needed and for a limited period. Retention of advertising data follows Google’s policies.

8. User Rights

Users may exercise applicable rights such as access, deletion and objection for information actually held by the service provider. Because no account or secure-chat history is retained, the scope of information held by the service is limited; advertising-related rights may be exercised with the relevant provider such as Google.
